NEW YEAR’S RESOLUTIONS FOR A BETTER LIFE! The embodiment of love

New Year’s Resolutions

Christmas and New Year are celebrations of love. New Year’s resolutions are the promise of a better life through new beginnings. But what would a better life be without love? Negativity and loneliness would result, as Ebenezer Scrooge’s story implies. So, in the year 2022, let’s be a little more optimistic and kinder to ourselves, our family, our friends, and the world around us.

By doing so, we maybe are better able to communicate our love and respect, increasing the confidence of those we care about, fostering harmony and joy among families and societies, and strengthening important emotional bonds. It will make us all a little better in the end.

Here are some ideas! The last one, which refers to how we love and accept ourselves, is most of the time, the foundation for all the rest.

PS. The embodiment of love can be challenging and can be a difficult concept to grasp. It is happening because it can only be tested and proven if things go poorly. Love for the “best” is easy…

Wishing you all a wonderful and prosperous 2022!!!
