Our Advisors are obliged to work in line with the code of ethics and confidentiality restrictions of their respective profession. If any information is disclosed to the Advisor are kept strictly confidential. 

Yes, you have the option to save your discussions and email them to yourself. You can share these discussions with different advisors if you like. You can ask us to delete any data any time you want.

Our subscription plans are monthly unless you wish differently. If you request a longer subscription plan you can also get a discount. At the end of your subscription plan, you can renew your subscription or not. You can renew your subscription anytime you want. If you choose to have fixed weekly sessions, then it might be better to be consistent for a period of time

All Memberships expire after one month. Upon expiration, you may renew your Membership or not. It’s us up to you. You may upgrade your Membership at any time. You can downgrade your membership, provided that your current Membership expires first. In case you have required an annual subscription plan (you have to contact us via email at sharingisvital@gmail.com you can still cancel it at any time but we withhold the amount that corresponds to the monthly discount respectively. You can also delete your account any time you want to. Just click “Account Settings”, and then click “Delete your account”.

You are initially charged on the first day you join SHARE LV. You can renew your subscription exactly one month from your first day or your last renewal. We will let you know of such expiration by sending an email to the email address provided

If you do not use your time based on your subscription plan we cannot grant you a refund.
